The following conditions are not recommended for use or require special caution:
❌ History of medullary thyroid carcinoma or multiple endocrine neoplasia (MEN2)
❌ Pregnant, breastfeeding, or women planning to conceive
❌ Patients with type 1 diabetes
❌ History of severe gastrointestinal disease, pancreatitis, or cholecystitis
