Can Mengjianle be covered by health insurance?

Can I buy Mengjianle in person or online?
No. Metronidazole is a prescription drug and must be prescribed by a physician after evaluation.
Do not obtain it through online resellers, parallel imports, or unknown channels to avoid:
Purchasing counterfeit drugs
Incorrect dosage
Serious side effects or medical risks
What are some common reactions or precautions after use?
Due to delayed gastric emptying, the following may occur initially:
Nausea, diarrhea, constipation
Bloating, indigestion, decreased appetite
Vomiting or abdominal pain
These symptoms mostly occur during the initial dose escalation and usually subside gradually over several days to weeks.
If significant redness, swelling, burning, severe pain, or persistent discomfort occurs at the injection site, please seek immediate medical attention for evaluation.
What are some important precautions to take before use?
- Not recommended for pregnant/breastfeeding/preparing women.
(Furthermore, Meglumine may affect the absorption of oral contraceptives; it is recommended to use a non-oral contraceptive method and use contraception for at least 4 weeks.)
- A complete evaluation is required before use for patients with abnormal liver or kidney function, severe gastroparesis, or pancreatic or gallbladder disease.
- Do not use concurrently with other GLP-1 drugs.
- Patients with a history of depression or mood disorders should be closely monitored; if mood deteriorates, a follow-up visit should be made immediately.

What is a rotator cuff tear? Is it the same as a shoulder strain?
They are different.
A rotator cuff tear is a partial or complete rupture of the shoulder tendon, a structural injury; a typical muscle strain is usually a temporary inflammation or micro-tear of the fibers. If you experience shoulder weakness, inability to raise your shoulder high, or nighttime pain, a rotator cuff tear should be highly suspected, rather than a simple strain.
Medical Weight Loss, Endoscopic Weight Loss, Non-surgical endoscopic weight-loss treatments: Botox injection, gastric balloon, and ESG
How should I take care of myself after surgery?
Common Temporary Reactions (Subsides within 2-3 days):
- Mild stomach discomfort, bloating, or nausea
- Slightly darker stool color (normal within 1-4 days post-procedure)
Injection Site Care:
- This is a minimally invasive injection wound; it will heal on its own in approximately 3 days
- If slight redness or swelling occurs, observation is sufficient
- If pain persists or abnormalities occur after 5 days, please return for a check-up
Dietary Recommendations:
First 2-3 days: Primarily liquid diet (clear broth, fruit juice)
From day 4 onwards: Gradually resume normal diet, avoiding overeating
Overall Recommendation: Low-fat, low-sugar, easily digestible to reduce stomach burden
What makes Mengjianle different from other slimming pens?
Metronidazole is the world’s first dual-action incretin injection that simultaneously targets both GLP-1 and GLP-1.
Compared to traditional slimming pens that only target GLP-1 (such as Ozempic and Saxenda), Metronidazole can simultaneously regulate appetite, slow gastric emptying, and improve insulin sensitivity and lipid metabolism.
It only requires once-weekly injections, and clinical studies have shown more comprehensive effects on weight loss and blood sugar stability. Whether side effects are fewer depends on individual constitution and dosage adjustment methods and requires evaluation by a physician.
How long does rehabilitation take after treatment for frozen shoulder?
Generally, home stretching and strength training should be continued for 1 to 3 months to maintain the treatment results.
