Depending on severity:
Mild inflammation: Approximately 2–4 weeks
Moderate tear (conservative + regenerative therapy): Approximately 6–12 weeks
Concurrent degeneration or instability: May require several months to stabilize.
The earlier the treatment, the faster the recovery.
